Not "my other rides a millennium falcon" Im hoping aliens have a sense of humour, they'll need it when they arrive.
Alien life can be almost anything, even something like an amoeba like creature on a planet billions of miles away so I think it's likely. That's different to thinking aliens have visited Earth though - I've not seen enough evidence of that. On a similar theme I like to believe in an afterlife. That belief used to be a given, I mean it was so natural, I never even had a doubt. But my faith in it has waivered in recent years.
That's fair enough because I firmly believe that life will exist somewhere and even simple forms potentially within our solar system.
Well I can look at a photo of a tiny moment in time that's been captured. The thing is I can't say it's impossible because it might be, but just like anything else until I see sufficient evidence to support such a spectacular claim then my position is that I remain unconvinced.
Imagine for a moment we could travel to a planet or its moons and found life, but it was less intelligent and developed than us. So that we were the superior life-form. How would we behave towards them? Would we hide our existence or try to experiment on the fckers?
I don't think time-travel into the past will ever be possible. It's a paradox. IF it was ever going to be possible then we'd already have people here from the future. In fact every event in history would've mentioned it somewhere somehow e.g. Ancient Rome, the Egyptians, the time of Genghis Khan, the French Revolution etc...
Personally I think if time travel was possible aliens would just have gone back in time and ended the human race at source, but were here now, so that never happens
We are but maybe the real humans were wiped out, the aliens travelled back in time killed them off, impregnated some amphibious creature and we are some mish-mash evolution of them?
