Nah...already qualified. Rest our players for the next 33 days... Our fixtures are: Antwerp home EL Palace away Liverpool away Leicester home Stoke away 1/4 final cup Wolves away Fulham home Leeds home 8 games in 33 days...they'll need as much rest as possible.
Yeah I’m with Power and RCL. It’s not a must win game but obviously one that’d be nice to win to top the group. Good few need some minutes as well so this is a perfect opportunity for it, helps them keep as fresh and ready as possible to jump into the team when we rotate a bit with the heavy fixtures ahead. Hart Doherty, Sanchez, Tanganga, Davies Winks, Lo Celso Bale, Dele, Lucas Vinigooaaaaaaal
Permutation time Seeded CL dropouts: Ajax, Shakhtar Donetsk, Club Brugge, Man Utd* Unseeded CL dropouts: Dynamo Kyiv, G Fuel Vienna, Olympiacos, Krasnodar As for the EL, here's where things currently stand Seeded: Roma, Villarreal, Hoffenheim, Dinamo Zagreb, Arsenal* Unseeded: Crvena Zvezda Everyone remember, it's PowerSpurs' fault when we get drawn against either Ajax or an away trip to Donetsk!
I'd rather not face the possibility of Spurs drawing the likes of Napoli or Roma in the last 32 because they went meh on finishing top of the group tonight.
The team that DH picked should be good enough to win this match if they go out with the right attitude. They also require game time and if these players are not good enough to beat Antwerp then we surely have to ask the question are they good enough to come into the premier league team when they will inevitably be required at times later in the season.
5 at the back? I’ve been as critical as Dele as anyone but surely this is a game he should be starting in?
More likely a back three with Reg and Matt supplying the ball to Vinni. Agree re Dele. Nice to see the youngsters on the bench again.
Dele should be starting IMO. Hart, Doherty and Sanchez were awful last time out, big performances needed from them tonight.
Why the hell are we starting Reguilon and not playing Alli? That formation looks a right mess. We might have been better off sticking White in the middle with Winks. Lets hope that Bale's up to doing a bit of defending this week.
Everyone's got the complaining about no Dele in before me No idea what that line up's supposed to be. COYS
