I think it will all depend on what teams will be played. Crewe was a decent team when we played them in the league if we put out a weakened side and they play their first eleven then we might struggle.

I suspect there will be one or two first teamers and then 2nd string. I guess Alfies's injury means Mcloughlin will partner either Greaves or Burke, probably Burke, which means Fleming will play left-back.

    Probably something like this.

    Long
    Coyle Burke McLoughlin Fleming
    Batty Slater Docherty
    Meyer/Adelakun. Eaves KLP

We should have enough with the above.

My hope is MCCann has learnt from Stevenage that he needs to have better options on the bench in case his only plan does not go according to his only plan

Let’s just smash em. Whatever the competition. Send them to the Gibbett.

That team looks about right John, though I suspect he will give Samuelsen another start. Maybe for Docherty.

Possibly, though I thought he was a bit off the pace against Stevenage, and the Doch in form, but you could well be right.

That did cross my mind, I think he might well get some game time. Probably off the bench if the scoreline dictates it.

Can we leave the personal snipes off threads and grow the fk up for a change .. I get sick and tired of reading the childish behaviour of some on here. If you're looking to have words just meet up like blokes and sort the fkr out instead of throwing petty insults ruining threads for everyone else.
