I’ve just watched the sky highlights and apart from 2 passages of play for Oxford, the goal being one of them, it was all city. Doc’s goal was a cracker..

Must be very selective highlights, first half was all Oxford.

Watched yesterdays game with interest, i suspect the Oxford players were threatened with castration if they didn't get a result.
They were really up for it more than any other team we played so far and were easily the better team in the 1st half, However City Thrashed them 2nd half and got the goal they deserved.
Overall I'm pleased with the result and our 2nd half recovery.

If you had watched the whole game you would have seen Oxford were all over us in the first half. We improved greatly in second k0half but, as we often do, huffed and puffed and dominated but with no end product. A draw was probably a fair result.

I haven't seen any of it at all but think Oxford deserved a point for that 1st half display

I found this review from an Oxford fan. It’s really good and well balanced. It’s not the usual rubbish you get from an opposition fan.

The overlapping centre halves plan only works if you don't let Vardy lap you before he scores. Leicester will be fooked when Steptoe hangs up his boots, ooop sorry, gloves.

Thoroughly agree with what he said there .. First half Oxford were the better team and deserved to be in front .. second half we grew into it .. and lastly that little injection from the stands I'm sure made them raise their game. But when you hear who they have taken points off, I'm even more pleased with the point.

That's one of the things with this league. You can't assume to much from the relative positions.
