So the people testing keep themselves in a well paid job?

Forgive me if you addressed this in the rest of your post. Too long. Again.

Yeah, managed to puncture my eye with some rusty old wire. Consultant tried to stop the bleeding so he could check out the damage.
Injecting some **** in my eye didn't work. He tried injecting some sort of oil in there also. That didn't work. Was a bit odd at the time seeing a blob of oil rolling around in my eye.
He's too much of an optomist. Should have just cut it out and stuck a false one in right from the off.

Lol no it's generally around safety and seeing what the long term impact of vaccine's are. Nobody can say this new vaccine is not safe. There haven't been any adverse reactions short term from the trials that have been deemed bad enough to stop it. That must mean the regulatory body thinks its safe. They can't tell anyone it is safe either. That will take years and years. I don't think the phase 3 trial ends for another 24 months. They generally last 1 to 4 years. So essentially when people say "hey we are being used as test subjects", well yes we are and that is normal. Just not on this scale. Obviously the risk is that rolling it out to masses without proper time is problematic if something does start to go wrong. They must be pretty confident it won't as I assume they wouldn't be just rolling the dice with peoples lives when COVIDs not a massive killer in comparison to other things.

I reckon if you want it get it, if you don't then don't. No big deal. Freedom of choice and all that.

As for lengths of posts, it would be very easy to whine about many posts on here but meh. Again freedom of choice to post what you want, freedom of choice not to read anything you can't be arsed too, takes all sorts <cheers>

Really like your posts. Not that I can't be arsed. I've only got one eye and since it lost its mate over on the right it hasn't coped well. Gets tired easily so I try to limit what I read.

That reminds me of the time your lass once took allsorts... 500g of them to be precise. Gave things a lovely flavour... we ended up with a careless whisper... looked like she’d shat all over the bed. :)
