Is it him wanting to go though, or this sleazy agent putting ideas in his head?

He was arguing over a new contract recently, this all sounds like unhand dealings to try to get a higher paid contract. Trouble is anyone can see through it, no chance in hell Spurs want him, so if he tries to say gimme more money or I'll go to Spurs they'll just laugh in his face.

This narrative in not sure about tbh... The players ultimately either want to stay or don't, so for me unless a player really wants to play for nufc then I'd banish them the reserves and get rid to the worst club possible..

Seems he wants to stay, so that's fine.

He's not getting sacked they learned the benefits of keeping the same manager under Ferguson and I suspect having had the so called greats such as Jose realised its all bullshit and you need someone the players and fans can't think they'll get rid of

They'd have been better off keeping Moyes, Solskjaer is a clown. Done nothing to deserve the job in the 1st place

They're going along just fine top 4 last season and they'll be fine this season.. They'll back their man and eventually they'll be competing.... The sacking the manager stuff should be a last resort... Fans think they're entitled to win every week these days.. N

The scraped into the top 4 with a run at the end of the season, after being dire before lockdown.

With Man U used to winning the title every season under Ferguson, just getting into the top 4 is hardly acceptable, especially cos they're underachieving in Europe as well. Plus they paid an absolute fortune for their squad, the expectation is challenging for the title, and they miles away from challenging last season.

Solskjaer was a baffling appointment in the first place, OK he might be a club legend, but by that logic should we make Shola manager? He was dire at Cardiff and after that went to mickey mouse football in Norway, hardly a CV deserving of the Man U job.

    Or he learnt.

It's like sending players out on loan rather than sitting in the reserves.

Why isn't it acceptable? They weren't in the top 4 when he took over.... I hate this idea that because man united won everything for 30 years that maintaining that forever is what they should expect... All any fan is entitled to is the club trying to do well and having some good times along with some not so good times

Because like Liverpool, Man City and Chelsea, Man U are not a club who's target is JUST to get into the top 4.

And again, the cost of that squad is colossal, and whnn you're spending that kind of money, aims are more than just top 4.

Actually oles target was to get into the top 4 and he was successful

I believe its unacceptable for any clubs fans to expect that they win everything all the time and claim its unacceptable to have a few less spectacular seasons... Makes me sick tbh..

Ive never ever understood why we say "he then went to this country to manage"

I understand if a player goes and scores 30 goals in Norway, it doesn't translate.

But coaching is coaching, if a mannager goes to Switzerland and wins the league, he's a league winning manager, with experience.

Bielsa hasn't really got the CV I'd be leaping at, but the man is a world renowned manager.

Roy Hodgson only managed in Sweden and Switzerland, he is considered an Inter Milan hero.

Ole is experienced and his experience is just fine.
