I dunno what it is tbh.. I dug out into the woods. If you recall that was quite rough terrain and had a massive tree felled there

 

If you get a knock on the door from the wildlife trust, hide!

 

Is this a problem?

 

I doubt anyone will ever know those woods go on for miles

Protected plants by law, hence why the land was never claimed.

 

I think the land belongs to the Duke of Northumberland.. I asked to chop a tree down by letter and I got one back saying no, so I just did it anyway and nobody's ever said anything

 

So I suppose you've never heard of the land registry?

Nah mate I've actually pulled of my original plan... The land was recently sold and they've offered the land shown to the residents.... They never noticed the residents had already taken some... The funny thing is my neighbour to the right ha and the one to the left hadn't, so it was obvious, but he never said owt...

Exactly if you recall the tree stump was in the pic a few months ago the tree itself too.. The new land owner turned up with a bulldozer to clear it away..... Result

There was actually some wifey up there a month or two ago just hanging around, so I went out and she was some birds wifey that wasn't happy with the woods being hacked down... Something about birds nests... The geezer just told her there wasn't any, so she was trying to find evidence... Basically I'm all clear
