Much prefer @Chief breakfast, that @Schlem Boogerman is just a raving lunatic. I'm guessing he must be a pretty big fella, with the amount he eats, Schlem that is.

They look good, did you make them or buy?

What sort of sausage are they - by that I mean pork, beef, any other ingredient thrown in, herbs and stuff?

Just pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the kitchen. <cheers>

6'2", just under 15st at the mo. Weight usually varies between 13 and 15st depending on how active I am.

Most of the stuff I eat is a bit boring and healthy.

This bacon and barley broth is looking good though <badger>

Nah, just normal chunky bacon bits from the local butcher.
Don't really like smoked stuff but love smoked paprika in stuff.

Yes, the ones I posted last night I was just getting used to the machine I’d bought in the 11:11 sales online. They were a simple breakfast sausage but I got a few of the attachments wrong on the pumping the meat into the skins. Then the penny dropped and I ground a further 1.6kg of fresh shoulder and belly along with two kinds of salt, White & Black pepper, sage, garlic powder, nutmeg and cornflour along with the rusk and water. Left overnight for everything to get to know each other then threaded up some more casings and used the right attachment and they came out lovely.

Very nice. If I'm being critical the onions and chorizo need a bit more time to get some colour in there.
