There's quite a few people on here who seem a little bit desperate to prove they're the bestest Hull City fan. Insecurity problems?
I’m at work all day today so will miss the game, so please make the MDT a good one as I try to avoid the scoreline all day and ‘live’ the game through your posts, one by one, when I get home about 6:30 tonight. UTT.
Remember it well, you tapped me on the shoulder and said ' I dont think you wanted to do that'....and pulled me up for a spelling mistake I'd made in a graffiti message I'd left on a wall regarding City. Our 50th anniversary eh ? I like gold, me. ( hint)
Don't be so harsh on yourself. You didn't make a spelling mistake.Maybe accuracy was what held you back at the HDM. Nowadays an O level in media studies and and an inability to spell seem to be job requirements there.
What held me back at HDM was my reluctance to work Saturday afternoons, which was expected in the Sports Dept. That and Bolton away.
I don't know quite when the Portsmouth match was but it was a carbon copy. I was there for that as well. Alan Knight in their goal had a brilliant game. We battered them but couldn't score. I think it was Ray Hiron scored their winner. It was another dumbfounded departure from Boothferry Park.
The sort of away days you don't get anymore. It was the headline match in the Observer where it declared that the most interesting part of the afternoon was the quarter of an hour before kick off.
Well be can thank his lucky stars it wasn't jan vennegoor of hesselink....spray paint was expensive from Halfords back in the day.
Yep, the Saturday game after the midweek ‘Battle of Bramall Lane when we won 2-1 and I really thought we were going up. In the Oxford game one of the many Clarke brothers scored the only goal. I was there. So deflating. Not for the first time
