Not expecting a quick fix either but like in an interview they say where do you see yourself in 5yrs time. I would like our Saturdays back at the SOL where it was difficult to get a ticket as we were always sold out enjoying watching decent football.
Just throwing this out there, but if they've been talking to Sartori and Dreyfus (who some reckon will form a Company to effectively own 80% of the club), could the discussions not have included a future investment by FPP into their new Company, which would mean they would not have to deal directly with Donald or Methven again?
Pearson is the massive stand out candidate by far. Just think the new structure might not suit him. He seems to me to be old school. FWIW I think that's what we need but I'll be pleased if we just have an actual bonafide plan for once.
I know he isn’t dim mate. He has ran his own businesses before at a young age too. He’s a nice lad who has looked after his family and kept his mates from his youth. He was surprised when he was offered a role by Parkinson and it hasn’t worked out the way he wanted it to. He’s a relatively inexperienced coach who has found himself in at the deep end. Can’t see anything being announced today. Journos saying no press conference lined up but I suppose an announcement could be made and presser held later just think it’ll be next week now personally.
