No real people give an actual fùck about statues put up 200 years ago or why a street was named around the same time. It's always the same cùnts moaning about **** like this. They go out their way to be offended by anything and everything.

Get a job you cùnts.

 

History was one of the few subjects I liked at school. Now, my schooldays are history. Ancient history at that. We even did Latin for two years (grammar school).

 

I find this post deeply offensive.

 

If they did remove the statues in and around Glasgow , renamed streets , it wouldn’t effect me

I don’t think they should but at end of the day , I’m not going to worry about it and I’ll forget all about it until Go to the sub club or go to square bar and tell the taxi driver what street to go to ...

Which is the point really. I couldn’t give a **** about statues personally (the only **** moaning about them is you), but I do care about history - a subject you clearly know very little about.

Outside the House of Commons there is a statue of Richard the Lion Heart. Nice statue, big **** on a horse, wearing a helmet and waving a sword. Looks very dramatic. I have no problem with that or any other statue; I care a bit more about why he is there though, who he was, and what part he played in either English or British history. I’ll give you a clue btw - he couldn’t speak English and only visited England twice in his life.

History matters. Statues don’t. Education matters; the uninformed opinions of ignoramuses don’t.

Anyone who has got a degree from any of the Oxbridge universities benefitted from the philanthropy of rich white folks. Nobody who went to Rhodes College is going to give their degree back or re-pay their education costs or give back any portion of their salary in the high paid job they got as a result.

Rhodes was a businessman, he did what he did before institutionalised racism, before black lives matter and when only a handful of black people lived in England yet by the standards of today how he achieved what he did has become questionable at the least. Establishments are being forced to revise history, there is no ambition from BLM to move things to museums in order to educate future generations, they want any history they don't like destroyed and torn out of books. Not content with removing this element of history they also insist on trying to artificially wedge blackness into ALL forms of history.

Throwing a statue of a former slave trader into the canal in Bristol isn't exactly saving it for future generations. De-facing Churchill's statue doesn't constitute educating people. Antisocial acts by ignorant bullies is all it is. BLM isn't about awareness, it is about revenge.

 

Well they don’t teach kids that the aliens built the pyramids, if that’s what you mean.

The statue outside Guys hospital in London has been covered up and Sadiq's desecration task force which consists of only bame and woke people all pat themselves on the back .

The man founded a hospital that has saved the lives of countless people of all colours .

 

Bath as well as Rome will have to be raised to the ground due to all the slaves the Romans had. Most of Africa will fall under the same criteria too.

What history is being 'destroyed'? No one (sane) is arguing for pages to be ripped from history books.

The ****s beeling about statues being removed just don't see slavery as a bad thing. It's pretty ****ing obvious.
