I don't think the guy is useless from what I've heard. It's amazing how when someone leaves a club their previous fans decide they never rated them anyway. Even if he is it's a good move to set this new structure up, that's the main thing. If it turns out him or anyone else isn't up to it we'll have an owner who can afford to get rid and rehire.
Think his remit here will be a lot different. Got to trust that the new guys have identified him for a reason and to Dona certain job he will be good at.
I would have thought he'd be on the first team photo if he was responsible for first team signings tbh. This is from last season and Harvey Bussell (head of scouting), Ryan Needs (head of analysis) and Gethin Rees (first team recruitment analyst) are all on there. Seems a bt of an oversight to miss off the lad who is responsible for first team signings in my eyes. Probably had a dentists appointment or something. https://www.bcfc.com/news/articles/2019/heres-your-201920-blues-first-team-squad-and-staff/
I said many pages back I can't be arsed with squabbling and by and large thats what it has decended to, much like RTG. It makes trying to find any useful information incredibly tiresome. Theres still many useful tidbits posted here that I'm more than eligible to know about, whilst filtering out the ****e.
Coming round to him myself tbh. About the worst thing I've read about him is having a good old losing streak but that's balanced out with good winning streaks. He's made a decent start to his managerial career imo, only moved twice in seven years and both were to move up the pecking order rather than being sacked. Admittedly, he was sacked from Bristol City but they were in 9th so didn't leave them in a **** place. Points per game average isn't the best like but a few other indicators to suggest he could get us up and keep us up. Might have that wrong, they might have been in 12th. Still not too shabby like.
Can't make my mind up about him to be honest. His teams always seemed to play decent football and Seems to fit the bill with the new structure. But think he would divide the fans so would have to hit the ground running. Would probably take him if we cant get Eddie Howe
I'll settle for Eddie Howe but only if we can't get Ralf Rangnick. I know what you mean though, he doesn't exactly excite me but he doesn't cause any real aversion either. Whoever it is that comes in has got to hit the ground running imo. We're only 5 points off second place and plenty games left to catch up but we don't want that gap getting any bigger.
And what does coming on here whinging contribute to the forum, nothing. Three of your last four posts are moaning about this board or RTG, why do you believe people care about what's bothering you. It's posts like yours that clog the place up, if you want better content why not try posting some instead of treating the place like a news service. Boo hoo that you have to put in all that effort reading posts you don't like, must be awful for you. The majority of the forum is great and people talk about football, argue but don't fall out as it's been for years. Ironically it's posts like yours that sometimes makes the place like RTG. Edit: I've just been back through the last 100 posts and there's absolutely no one bickering, not one person. So you're totally wrong, in fact it makes me wonder if you're deliberately trying to cause trouble, who are you on RTG.
Don't think you thought that one through properly "If a player, while correctly taking a throw-in, deliberately throws the ball at an opponent in order to play the ball again but not in a careless or a reckless manner or using excessive force, the referee allows play to continue."
