Maybe it was a bit extreme but you are really annoying. I don't want you to be banned or anything but can you stop being such a penis?

  3. Not so much extreme as completely and utterly banal.

I think the same about you and most of the idiot things you say, but you'll never hear me use foul language against you. Sorry, but it is completely unacceptable. "Being annoyed" is not an excuse for incivility.

Phew! That's a relief, because for a second, there, you really had me worried <ok>

    Again, why the insult?

I don't want you banned, but if you keep up with the foul language and the personal insults I am going to make a formal complaint.

There is a lot of constructive and justified criticism around these days, but Ian Wright just wants Wenger's Arsenal to fail, it is evident. I wonder why.

  6. I don't see any evidence that Ian Wright wants that. If anything he says he has been an admirer of Arsene but he like many others in the sport are appalled at the fall from competitiveness of the team. While we have not been in a position to buy big, there are areas where Arsene could make a difference. I refer to our woeful defence which he was not even going to strengthen though promises were made early on until Vermaelen was injured. The lack of defensive coaching and a strategy in this area which the players have requested continues to be ignored. Arsene has offered ample evidence that he is unable to address our issues. And all the time, the slide continues. If all were to fail he would have to walk away. We however would have the pieces to pick up. I would rather minimise the problem than let it get bigger. Sadly I don't see any change while Arsene remains in control. It is time for his successor to step up.

I think fans like the OP are the reason why we find ourselves in this mire. Sensible fans have witnessed a slow and painful decline over the past 5-6 years. I don't think we got to this current state overnight, fans who complianed then were called plastics, or disloyal......It is so easy to blame our current ailments on the emergence of rich clubs, that I think that is just masking the problem
