1) he's not had a majority share, he's not been able to do anything 2) he may not be part of Madrox any more - hence my comment about "depends how its structured". I'll also add - we all hate CM. But he has several million reasons to want us to succeed. Acting like its all going to crumble down because he's involved is just silly. Nobody wants him there, but for whatever reason he's there. Now there is money, and hopefully that money will pay for people who can make proper decisions and let him do whatever he needs to do spouting off nonsense.
