Funnily enough today reminds me a bit of when ross was appointed. Everyone was saying he was going to get the job except for the St Mirren chairman who said there was no contact and it wasnt happening, he had to backtrack soon after.

 

I think if today has taught us one thing, it’s that we can’t assume anything.

 

Embarrassing that Gus doesn’t want to drop down to league one (whilst without a club) it really shows how far we have fallen. We will end up with the Cowley’s, I have no doubt about it. Expect to be in the league for a little while longer.

 

Maybe it’s meant to be and we end up with a cracking manager who gets what we’re about and comes on this journey with us.

 

Dangerous assumption. It had already been said somewhere that poyet didnt want a DOF so if we are going with Schwarz {which could also be bollocks} then that would be that. It will be cowley I reckon and that proves to me Dreyfus ain't picking the gaffers, no way he would be aware if him. Christ, maybe Donald and meth are still calling the shots behind a smokescreen to appease the discontent. Cowley will get this season only.

He accepted we were down after Spurs and he got away with it as me stayed up, but he literally tossed it in on live TV.

I’d have had him back cos I think he’d progress us well from the level and he did leave a lasting mark, some great memories, but him not coming back doesn’t deflate me to be honest.
