What if anything does this mean for the takeover? I'm more concerned about that tbh.

More like it’s been left up to Rodwell to make the appointment.

I still maintain Cook is the smart choice.

track record, attacking football, got 20 plus goals out of Grigg (****ing miracle worker...)

I'd take Daniel Stendel if he's applied as the Sunderland Echo have just reported.

I posted this in the last hour where things seem to have taken a massive shift. I heard it was all sorted regarding the takeover and The loan being paid back. First time I’ve heard this, but things are moving very very quickly. I still say the ITK’s are getting their info from someone at the club (CM/SD), and like the Dell/FFP deal that CM leaked to the fanzines when it wasn’t done, this is probably what’s happened here. CM getting giddy, telling people and it filters to here before Poyet’s contract was signed

This ‘takeover’ seems to be indeed happening. Somehow the 3 stooges are trying to get this over the line, with the 3 of them seemingly having the upper hand as collectively they have more % and ultimately more say compared the the french lad

This will be terrible for the club as we are still in the clutches of SD, CM and JS

This takeover is different to what has been discussed. Obviously everyone is aware of me being adamant there was never any serious takeover talks, and that’s been proved with The FPP now not coming to the Party

something has happened in the last month which has taken everyone by surprise and they are trying to force it through

I’m still sceptical as I can’t see how the french lads advisors will allow for him to fund the 3 of them and not have fondly say

But like everting with SD/CM take it with a pinch of salt, but I admit now, that something is happening But still think there’s a lot of things to iron out from the french lads perspective, but as I said CM loves to jump the gun

I didn't mention Dreyfus until the Guardian reported he was buying the club. Since then I've mentioned him because it would be idiotic not to. Before that I hadn't even heard his name.

Anyway I'll leave you to enjoy yourself, rare for you.

Didnt really want him back, wasnt keen anyway. Then you start reading folks views and then just starting to come around to the idea to the point of more than a tinge of excitement. Then.......POW!!!! Typical Sunderland. Suddenly the dead cert of a takeover seems a little less likely.

Some people rarely post but are there in seconds to gloat if anything goes wrong ...

.... pathetic behaviour from people pretending to be Sunderland supporters.
