ironically I had root canal yesterday which included literally washing my mouth out with disinfectant
remember when gus was here afore working with D.O.F. was during the time that many staff seemed happier bleeding Mr Short and the club dry (much talk of agents signing players from their own books or 'friends', of players wanted that 'failed medicals' but signed elsewhere not long after etc) than actually doing what was best for the club. hopefully, his mind has been changed and he has been given promises...that is, of course, presuming everything is as we hear.
I wonder where our “strikers” fit in with Gus’ style of play? Can see the young lads currently on the bench being given a chance and 09 and gooch will fit in but I feel he might be busy in Jan looking for forwards.
Between a few of us we've said Sartori would play a leading role, FPP might still be involved, Parkinson would be sacked, the takeover completed and Poyet appointed despite knowing nowt. There's still more news to come out as well .... ... which is nice. Sometimes things do change but it's all harmless fun and I've no idea why people get all bitter and twisted about things.
Story reads "Sunderland enter a new month and a new era"... of course this could be a meaningless reference to Parkinson's sacking but they are teases!
I know mate I didn’t want to post it but I messaged you and prehab aswell Friday saying it’s potentially Parkinson last game he’s been giving the heads up he’s not wanted,
Our best strikers have been Marco, Rowell, SKP who aren't as big as Wyke put together ... ... Wyke doesn't use either his height or weight which leaves him only with his pace, shot and ball control. I'd rather play O'9 as our number 9 ...
When I said Parkinson had been made caretaker manager people laughed ... ... even I did cos it sounded daft. But that's what I was told so that's what I posted.
Agree Smug, I think 09 has been held back since he arrived, playyout of position hasn’t helped him. Could be the making of Luke this.
