Be canny awkward in training like when the coaches play the first team and absolutely thump them.

While everyone was pissing and moaning about Donald and Methvens involvement, we were told by others to be excited.

The rat over road pouring scours on Swartz ability to do the job, if it is him then this job will be massive for him and definitely the biggest one he’s undertook. He’s succeeded in every aspect of his sporting life up to now and if someone offered me the chance then I would put 200% focus and intelligence into it to make me the the best there is out there. (Disclaimer I know there’s no such thing as 200%)

Didn’t O’Shea have some impact on his sacking or was that di danio or both, for me the other 3 coaches are ok

Schwarz comes across a guy who does not enter into anything which he would not be a success at...hope this is true.

If Rodwell wanted the Cowleys and Satori wanted Gus, I can only say I'm pleased it's Satori who has his cash in the club and got final say. I know it went a bit pear shaped under Gus but he did have us playing some decent footy at times and the club wasn't exactly brilliantly organised. If we as a club could provide a more stable and clued up infrastructure for him to work in, I see no reason why he won't achieve at least the same this time round. He had us playing decent footy in the Prem and it seems quite a while since we've managed to achieve that in league one. It's certainly the kind of high profile candidate with proven ability to improve us that I was hoping to see, think it's a clear marker of our ambition and desire to get our **** together. H'way the Gus.

I only added O'Shea as I saw somebody yesterday posted that we had approached Reading for him. People assumed it was as manager and dismissed it. But if O'Shea is coming as part of a coaching team then the timing of Reading being approached would seem spot on.
