Maybe that is really where they would rather be, but it is a bit of a long haul for the fans.

 

Dont think they will get many UK fans for that one ! why would the Saffers bother with Heineken cup rugby ,when the currie cup is probably to a higher standard!

 

I wonder what are the financial implications for WFC as the Sarries are showing games to be played at the Vic until May 5th. The agreement was to the end of 2011, but the football club might as well milk them for every last penny they can get.

The rugby club are also offering packages to go and see them in SA for around £1000, but they have come in for some stick from their fans about going there. As a result they are having to offer compensation to the season ticket holders.

 

Should hope so too ,its a stupid decision cant be many sarries fans that can afford the time off and spend a grand on going to a game

 

Thats a bloody good deal to go to Cape Town!! Its one hell of a trip, you have to be very dedicated!! I wonder if any WFC fans would make that trip?

Thats part of my second point. Its a good deal but its one hell of a trip to make, only the hardcore fans would think about it.

 

Starting to hear a fair bit about this Dereece Gardner a lad that scores goals If our present forward line remains as goalshy maybe we may see him this season ! Wonder how he compares to Massey!

 

I've spent more than that on one game - more than double actually.

I'm sorry but I think that Cape Town is nicer than Watford. I was also under the impression that most Sarries fans are safas. Playing in Cape Town gives them the chance to take their washing home for mum's maid to do.

 

That BB is understandable , but if it would have been a normal league game would you have gone? Somehow I doubt it , yet this is what sarries are asking there herts based fans to do!

 

I'm not defending the decision, but financially it makes sense, and it's not as if they have many fans anyway.
