This tweet is about endorsing their sponsor "from the terraces" clothing who Durham's leading wicket taker (in all forms) endorsed
This, I don't understand the clamour to bring him back. His last few games were just marking time waiting for the sack, picking strange teams to accelerate it.
When he has not got his hands tied behind his back in regards to the players he actually wants to sign and playing the football he does at this level i think he would be a huge coup for a League One club
Someone has contacted me about this comment, so only fair we get to reply given the accusation. He asked for local clothing businesses that were doing Black Friday deals. FTT are and they sponsor the show and two of the lads do a pod for them. So we were just all messing about agreeing that FTT stuff is good. How is that bullying? If people think we’re arrogant or whatever then fair enough, we just like to have a laugh generally. We are in real life as we are online, as anyone who has met is in real life would testify. If some people don’t like it then fine.
Hmm, they dropped hints on a Scandinavian and Schwarz has been linked with us for over a year....maybe these plans have been happening for ages after all.
Any chance you can knock the continual negative ****e on the head? at least till we actually get some facts about the deal?
He is yesterday's man for me, football has changed since then, his last job was in 2018. He has also failed wherever he has been since leaving us.
He is not yesterdays man in footballing terms, he would have us playing good football with an actual identity behind it. His win percentage at AEK and Bordeaux was 60%. He would be a brilliant manager in what is a truly awful league
If its him then sartori made that choice, so much for progressive management...still, poyet has enough to motivate us out of this league and get Maguire firing again
They’re just somebody else’s opinion. Last time this happened everyone went all in. I think it’s natural to be cynical this time. Hopefully it’ll all turn out great.
I dont think its natural to be cynical to be honest i think its just the continuous shouting of a negative agenda. Lets hope the bloke aint reading all the negativity, would not blame him if he ****ed us off. This could be fantastic lets get behind it and him ffs
He's not chair and he never was. He was brought in to keep the ship upright whilst our incumbant owners were negotiating their exit. I'm not saying he's magnificent, just that he's not deserving of some of the abuse being hurled his way.He has been operating in a very fluid world, not knowing what 's happening from one day to the next, and more or less everything out of his control.
So after what happened last time, and given the make up of this deal, there’s no need to be cynical? I don’t agree. But that’s just my view.
