Just been reading that Chris lad on Twitter Jesus every negative spin you could imagine. Rodwell calling the shots, Methven’s best mate etc etc

 

Did you see them all trying to oddly bully the guy who runs RR?



About 8 of them all posting agree - was odd behaviour.

 

For what it’s worth I am adamant that the wise men say guys and Chris Wetherspoon etc want what’s best for the club, and this is nothing to do with intentional negativity or attention or wanting to be right etc. They just have a different outlook on
it to me. I just hope that in the end we are all happy.

 

Very worrying report that Rodwell is the consortiums 'point man' he is one of the worst people to ever darken the doors of the club.
I will be thoroughly underwhelmed by the 'takeover' if this shyster is still employed after alls said and done.

That's quite a statement. What has Rodwell done to make you so angry, apart from being a Donald appointment?

 

That wise men say are a bunch of bed wetting knackers - negative as **** about a piece by a newspaper basically guessing whats going on. Just ****ing wait until things are announced before wetting themselves FFS.

 

Aye, that tippy tappy ****e away at old Trafford when we dominated the game from start to finish, the move that lead to borini hitting the bar etc, was boring as **** to watch like.

I don’t really get the hatred. There may be something I don’t know admittedly but I can’t really see why he gets bashed so much.

 

Yeah there has been a few times where I’ve seen tweets from a load of them and they have just started to come across as extremely arrogant.

I actually used to prefer WMS than RR but later I feel like almost all of the WMS lads on twitter are extremely rude and self entitled whereas as the RR lads just provide some decent articles and opinions. It gets to the point where a few of the WMS lads come across as real dicks, just like in the thread you posted above. Don’t know where it comes from, perhaps because they were shunned in favour of RR by the owners for the last couple of years.

 

That would be massively disappointing. A proper long term set up is what we're crying out for. I would hope that they'd switch managerial targets rather abandon putting the crucial building blocks in place.

 

My fear for Rodwell is that he’s now associated to SD / CM which makes him toxic and therefore there will always be an element of support wary of him.

I don’t think it’s a stretch to say that people are even wary of KLD and his intentions if he keeps Rodwell and has allowed SD and CM to retain shares and perhaps some say. It’s almost as if people won’t be fully behind anybody who’s had anything to do with CM / SD.

 

Not doubting you at all mate but if I was the owner, I would basically be saying "Well I want a DOF, I've got the man lined up - do you want the job or not?". Dunno how much experience Schwarz has running a football club tbh

 

After the turmoil of the past 4-5 years,I would be very disappointed if that was the case, though we may never discover if it's true.
I don't doubt that the new man will be welcomed by most but also possibly despised by some, but to have the 'tail wagging the dog' would be a dangerous start for me.

 

He's a Donald appointee, but please explain why you think he is " one of the worst people to ever darken the doors of the club".....some condemnation that mind!!...... and how is he a "shyster" ?

More important positions to fill than sacking Rodwell and finding someone else, they could be concentrating on them first. I think at some point they’ll be reviewing him
