No, they've had lots of success. They took Concord up through non-league. They work extremely hard too. One failure with Huddersfield means nothing. Pearson has got jobs on the back of being a well-known former pro and has only really done well once, when he was supported by Steve Walsh. Everywhere else, he's been poor.
