    The major problem at Celtic is having a back 5 or 6 changed almost weekly . Some of due to injuries, some due to Lennon not knowing best formation etc

    again, said this several times

    the shelf life of a ceo is about 5 years

    companies get in new CEOs every so often to freshen up strategy , business plans, goals and direction

    Lawell needs replaced

    this isn’t about the 10, for me it’s the lack of progress in Europe

    teams with smaller budgets do better in Europe and a lot make the champions league each season

    How many millions have Celtic wasted on projects hoping to find another VVD, wanyama etc

    the strategy isn’t working anymore


    He’s been CEO since 2003 !!!

    You know half the problem Celtic have got is that there is no experience around Lennon.

    Rangers have MacAllister, Beale, Culshaw around Gerrard.

    Lennon has John Kennedy.

    Massive difference.
