Sartoris share could be coming through his wife which could be financed from her Father

I think you'll find it was Stan Cummins who scored the only goal in that win at Stoke.

I don’t entirely agree because our spending is bigger than that of most clubs in this league anyway. The squad however has been badly assembled. We don’t adequately address things like the lack of pace in the squad when every transfer window comes round and In my view that’s to do with the scouting and management teams being woeful. Other teams have the pace and power to succeed at this level without resorting to outspending anyone else. This is why I think we need that happy medium, even at our level. All about opinions though

People like that are just protecting themselves from feeling like they've been duped, after all how can anyone ever get the better if you if you don't trust anyone, also how can you ever get hit by a car if you never cross the road or leave your house.

They probably also miss out on the actual fun because they're too afraid of how they look to others.

The thing that totally baffles me about the way Donald's has run the club is that he's only spent money on grigg and wyke who haven't been very good and that's football, I feel for him on that but other than them we've had opportunity to bring in players like Madison and just never been interested because he was too expensive, in other words we've never had any intention of buying players who are capable of performing in the championship.

I'd disagree mate..."he has sold all parts of the clubs future down the river for a short term gain." he used these to finance his ego trip when he fecked up the promotion in the first season.

Whoever takes over I'll get behind them and hope they get it right, don't see the point otherwise.

  14. Good post marra! That's exactly it...they can't embrace any optimistic speculation because they're scared to death of being let down, and even more scared of taking a losing track in front of their forum peers.Cowards.

Correct Smug, l am ready willing and able to embrace new owners both under 40 years of age, both have a background in running football club, both have backgrounds in big business. We supporters have been kicked in the nuts for years and staring league 2 in the face, so bring on the takeover

Bob saying the delay in things has been caused by Storey...he put a bid in which had to be legally considered and ratified etc....this has put things back by 2 weeks.....

    Could be the reason maybe

Can't see there being any responsibility on any business to consider any offer at all if they don't want to. Donald can sell to whom he wants when he wants and he can sack anyone off he wants to.
