always bone in for me. Set going early doors, take a little walk out/go pub for a few and come back. Shake bone out, steam some greens and roast some spuds.
stick with it mate, looking at the pic I’d use a bit more cold butter in the flour and a pinch of baking powder. Ideally you want to roll it no thicker than 3mm.
Yeah, it was far too thick. I’m baking a cake this weekend so the pasty will be put on the back burner for a bit.
Prepared some pot stickers for tomorrow. Pork, ginger etc. Made own wrappers for first time. Look like Stevie Wonder folded them. pop them open after cooking tomorrow. soup dumplings next.
Never made them myself but my brother made some when we were at his place last year. He first came across them when out in China on business. He loves them. Could have easily demolished a plate full.
