Lad over the road, Upthere, saying takeover still on course but they're in no rush and should be done by January. Well the manager needs replacing NOW. By January we'll be midtable and out of any chance of automatic.
I don't believe they're not in a rush now. If they were still negotiating price, then yes, definitely not in a rush. They could keep donald sweating longer and longer to reduce the price. If price agreed and stuff signed as has been suggested, they'll be wanting it approved ASAP so they can start making the changes needed to give a better chance of promotion sharp-ish
If that's true and they really aren't in a rush, then what the **** is the point of them? If they can't see that situation at the club is in desperate need of a change, then they're as useless of an owner as our current lot. We'll not get promoted this season unless change is made soon.
If they aren’t in a hurry they are essentially writing this season off. We wont be promoted with Parkinson in charge. How many times already this season has he spurned the chance to get into the top 2 only to **** it up?
Hope so. You’d think the longer it takes, the further off the promotion spots we get and therefore the price reduces. That for me is enough to think it will happen sooner.
Thing is if we don’t go up next the salary cap will bite even deeper. Our current squad I think only contribute £2k a week(I think) even though some will be on more. We desperately need out of this league this season.
Would explain why the stories of another American interest have emerged. Satori must have Donald over a barrel. Bad news is Parky sleeps well tonight as his job is safe, along with the squad, as they don't have to pretend to try for a promotion and the nightmare that would see the vast majority of them looking for another club.
To be fair upthere states that they are in no rush as long as its done by January. To me that more reads that they want it done and sooner the better but if its not done by January there will be a problem as there will be no chance to alter the squad.

Nail on head. They want to be in control before the transfer window opens. Hopefully during this time they are identifying who they want in chatge and in turn that person is identifying who he wants to sign. If the decisions have been made and agreed upon then there really is no rush. Let SD have a few more weeks of losing money
And the flip side is that the more frustrated the fans become the more welcoming they'll be to new owners who effect change.
Heard absolutely nothing to suggest that it will take till January. Expect sooner. See Aidan Mcgeady in the 23s today. Expect to see him back amongst it , part of the bigger picture.
