Not that Parkinson will play him like, but alot of supporters have probably forgotten we have Feeney to play in defence again soon. Hes a left footer, and even been injured he'd probs have done a better job than Flanagan has.
Looking at wiki he's 6 foot 3 and he's represented England from U17's to U19's and he's still only 21.

The striker had scored seven goals in 15 games this season, but was absolutely shocking in the League One clash on Saturday. As per Sofascore, he lost an incredible 13 of his 17 total duels and much of that was down to his inability to actually hold the ball up, particularly in the second-half.

Far more often than not, his touch let him down or he was just bullied too easily, and it meant that Sunderland just couldn’t maintain a period of possession to stop the Doncaster momentum.

Not good reading - Wyke was very poor

If Parky played his favourite eleven, the team that started the season, I could pick a team from the players overlooked that would beat them time and again, he has managed to make that team worse with each game since it is so bad that even his supporters have climbed over the fence, please Donald shoot the bastard and become a folk hero.
How many has he missed, though, including the ones that he never even got near to, when somebody like Marquis would nail, and he must be top of any such list. He is totally useless, and has been from day one, much like Grigg and Graham, the worst strike force in the history of football.

Im half way through a bottle of Red, and am not usually one to jump on the (manager ) out bandwagon as there are usually some mitigating circumstances and things we don't perhaps understand or appreciate. However in this instance I would like to say "PARKINSON GET THE **** OUT OF OUR CLUB YOU USELESS CNUT".

    Goodnight all

So this is the team I had in mind earlier @clockstander

    Keeper

    Sanderson CB CB CB Hume

    Dobson

    Leads O'Nien

    Embleton

    Gooch

Grant and Luke given freedom to drop back or press forward as needed. Embleton to make runs out wide when the wingbacks are attacking, otherwise to link up with the CMs and Gooch.

Play to be focused through the middle with the ball kept on the ground at all times.

Dobson with the mandate to do the dirty work then lay it off to the advanced CMs.

When the balls out wide look for a dragback on the ground, we'd have Leadbitter, O'Nien, Embleton and Gooch all hovering as opposed to just Wyke.

L1 goal of the season today from Leadbitter?

I know how you guys feel right now. When Pompey had Terry Fenwick in charge, we were awful. I remember we played you guys at FP and you stuffed us 4-1 I think it was.

I actually walked out before the end, as I was so upset and vowed not to return until he got the bullet. I was a season ticket holder in those days too, but I stuck it out.

The good times will come again for you, you're a big club and something will happen soon. Pompey I'm not so sure.

It's been seven hours and fifteen days
Since you took your love away
I go out every night and sleep all day
Since you took your love away
Since you been gone I can do whatever I want
I can see whomever I choose
I can eat my dinner in a fancy restaurant
    But nothing
I said nothing can take away these blues
    'Cause nothing compares
    Nothing compares to you
It's been so lonely without you here
Like a bird without a song
Nothing can stop these lonely tears from falling
Tell me baby where did I go wrong
I could put my arms around every boy I see
But they'd only remind me of you
I went to the doctor guess what he told me
    Guess what he told me
He said girl you better try to have fun, no matter what you do
    But he's a fool
'Cause nothing compares, nothing compares to you
All the flowers that you planted mama
    In the back yard
All died when you went away
I know that living with you baby was sometimes hard
But I'm willing to give it another try
    Nothing compares
    Nothing compares to you
    Nothing compares
    Nothing compares to you
    Nothing compares
    Nothing compares to you

not sure you lads went through exactly the same but we have endured years of rubbish, stinking the premier out with our dramatic last minute 'escapes' then the back to back drops and our lowest ever league finish (that might even be beaten this season)...what is quite scary is the amount of ex-premier teams down here, we got 100 million for finishing bottom, that means a ****load of money gone somewhere/wasted/in some feckers deep pockets when you think how many have dropped and very little seems to have gone back into the teams.

just read 'Roker Reports' summary of the game, do they watch the same games i do or was that 1st half a totally dominant performance that i missed due to the stream going down?

based on what i saw we were lucky to not lose yet RR have it as if we had 3 points 'snatched away'...maybe i need to stop watching/caring and try to get a more subjective view.

yes, i am still on a downer, just when you think it cannot get any worse we get an even more dire performance than the week before.

We might as well just fold the whole club with this clown in charge. We are officially a mid table league one side, thank you very much Phil.

Teeside great song there, sorry i sound like a twat but i want us to do great but speak my mind this might get worse before it gets better, the summer signings are pathetic, we better hope we are still in there with new owners in January this is another manager brought in who has failed, get Mcgeady back as well. Parky bulls that team up but i have watched every game this season bar the B Rov game.

One thing you can say in Parky's favour is he's managed to unite the fan base.

In wanting him to **** off.
