Will we bring anyone in? Do we need anyone? Personally I'm happy as it, and iv said a number of times, the best business would be to extend Brady and Waggys loan deals! UTT
I doesn't look like we're going to bring anyone in on emergency loan, things may change in January, once we find out what's happening with Waggy and Brady, but I can't see anything happening before then.
I hope the Allams put some of the money they have turned down from the Council to sign Waggy, he's given the team a lot of confidence!
Possibly - it depends on Basso's injury. If it is a problem, then we will probarbly be looking at signing a goalkeeper on loan. Preferbley Mannone or Guzan.
I think there's zero chance of us bringing in another keeper, we've already got Basso, Gulasci, Oxley and Cracknell(who may overtake Oxley shortly), he's not going to sign a fifth option.
I wouldn't mind seeing us bring in a left back on an emergency loan. If Dudge gets injured or suspended we'd be screwed whilst Daws is injured
I think that's a case of crossing the bridge as you come to it. Essentially why they are called emergency loans. Agree the best business to be done is extending Brady and waghorns loans
I wouldn't like us to be scrabbling around trying to bring in a replacement should Dudge get injured/suspended and the replacement being thrown into the 1st team squad having barely met his team mates. I'd prefer us to have someone in place before we got to that bridge. Agreed on Brady though (I've not had chance to see Waggy play for us yet)
if we're still in the top 6 by january id love for the allams to pay the wages for a big loan signing to help with the promotion push. could be the difference between top 6 and top 2.. possibly a man-u striker, given our good connections.. macheda or diouf maybe ? anyone really that would help with a good few goals. our defense is one of the best in the leagues, if we had consistent goals upfront we'd be up there with southampton.
Why do you think that? I agree with this idea, but our 'lack of goals up front' is nowhere near as major as some are making out. We've had no goals from defence or central midfield, all of our goals have come from the front 4. I agree that we haven't scored enough as a team but the strikers can't be to blame for that when they are the ones who actually have scored. People are forgetting that we are the same Hull City that hardly ever have a red-hot striker at the beginning of a season. We always get to about November time with a winger as our top scorer with 2 goals.
Can't see us bringing anyoe in unless an injury arises. Our main priority between now and January has to be getting Waggy and Brady here for the rest of the season.
Read this morning that Donny are trying to bring in Lassana Diaraa and Fredric Piquinnone on loan! What the hell has happened there!?
