All he does is blame injuries when I pointed out last season we were missing 2 starters at the most, but he put it out there wa a huge injury crisis and the media rolled with it. He's full of ****..
Do I need to bump the steve bruces excuses thread because hes been making them his whole career. Today is a classic example of why turds like him shouldn't be anywhere near a modern PL club. We need a goal so put the big man up front............
We finished a game with two strikers who between them in the last 7 years have scored around 53 goals between them. In 275 games? And we paid £40m for one of them. And the other was once £35m. FFS!
Attack minded stat guru Bruce. Classic. Have I ever told you all I hate the man because he’s robbing a living.
Basically there's a big circle of pals, so they're basically being a friend not an honest pundit.. In a way its what any friend would do. Football as far as pundits abd media is a big circle of popular people from the game.... Popular people but not the best at it.
Someone made the quite valid comment about the two faced bastard. He’s managed Aston Villa and Birmingham. Sheff Utd and Sheff Wed. Sunderland and Newcastle. This man has no self respect apart from his own pocket.
He's just not very good and our fans are all right about it... I listen to what the fans of all the clubs he's been at say not his friends who by nature would stick up for him just like we would if it was one of ours.
There really is no place for managers like him in this world anymore. I would take Eddie Howe. A fresh manager who gets the best out of his players. The only problem he had when he was at Bournemouth was that they are Bournemouth. Put him at a big club and his pull changes. I am sick and tired of listening to Bruce’s excuses and he’s staying until this takeover crap is concluded. One way or another and you can quote me on this he won’t be out manager at the start of next season.
Howe's transfer record when he got money to spend is abysmal, he also kept hold of ageing players who he brought up from the lower leagues for far too long and it ended up biting him on the bum. He also developed a messiah complex and thought he was bigger than Bournemouth, the fans said he was completely burned out and looked a wreck by the time he was done and they were calling for him to go at least a season before he did, but due to the goodwill he achieved, it didn't happen until it was too late. Celtic would be a good job for him, gain some European experience, build his reputation back up for a couple of seasons, get the feel for winning things again and then do a Rodgers.
He also single handed brought a football club from nothing at all........ to the PL and he deserves the credit for it. FFS some people are so ****ing stupid. If any Bournemouth fan ever says they don’t like him then they should look in the ****ing mirror.
