nice. what were the sausages you added, looked something different. Proper hash.

 

Made a chili yesterday going to finish it off tonight by topping with blue cheese and baking it.

 

Just some of the beef sausages we had last night cut up. It needed more potato but they were all we had after bangers and mash yesterday. Had to switch to a smaller pan at the end.

Nah, I only had a third of that, had the second third for lunch, my son's just got up and is having a third. Might have the fourth third for tea with some gravy
