    Read earlier the price will be lower than the 350million Ashley wants. The 300 figure was being touted.

    For me he's already pocketed a £17m (was it?) deposit from the Saudis if it doesn't go through so I doubt he'll need compensation for the transaction. Saying that Mikey is a leech and will want every penny out of anyone he can so it's possible but for me I don't think it'd be worth the hassle and costs of a court case simply to *try* and get a few extra bob out of the EPL.
