Only if both parties agree to keep the decision confidential or the arbitration panel rules to do so. This one is in the public interest though so I doubt it.

The PL know they cannot stop it and so are trying to delay. They did not account for Mike Ashley. His obstinance will actually save NUFC. Full circle.
Still think there’s a spanner in the works to come. Here’s a thought. PL drag it out for 6 months. In the meantime Bruceball takes us down. PL agree to the arbitration. But PIF won’t buy a relegated team. PL lose the arbitration but win anyways.
