last time I had anything from mcDonalds outside of breakfast would have been early this year and it will have been a big tasty. Just make that, it’s brilliant.
It's a Chinese chicken noodle soup. Piece of piss to make but you need decent hoisin, oyster and fish sauce. Hoy all of this in a pan: Half a chicken breast cut up. Half a chilli finely cut. As much ginger as you want cut into fine sticks. 1l of boiling water. Two chicken stock cubes. And 2 tablespoons of each of the following: Hoisin sauce Oyster sauce Sweet chili sauce Fish sauce. White wine vinegar. Boil it all til yer chicken is cooked, cut up a pack (there's 2 in a pack) of ready to wok noodles and hoy in. Whack the heat up, hoy a bunch of chopped up spring onions in and then cornstarch/potato starch slurry to thicken. Beat an egg and run it through it. Takes about 10 mins in total. Enjoy.
