Really poor post on the RTG takeover thread from someone posting nothing but 'bad news' then vanishing. Should be an instant ban imo, wumming on a very touchy subject.
Yeah I’ve just had a look over there and noticed that too..we’re all on the edge as it is don’t need posts like that..
Same people every time, the problem is that people respond and it gives them the attention that they are desperate for.
You would think so mate, but the reality is, it depends on who posts it, rather than the contents of the post.
I very rarely look at that thread over there, loads will be posting random stuff just to have a laugh. Like you say - it’s a very touchy subject and I can’t be arsed reading through fibs on there.
i have thought all along that the 'only' problem we might have would be SD himself still thinking he can 'get minted' off our club...had he done as promised and got us back to the championship and financially stable i would not have begrudged him making a few quid on the deal. yet here we are, season 3 on div 3, points per game ratio still very much in the Ross mode, except now, due to covid there is little income and the same outgoings and if this brand of football continues he will lose even more as stream revenue drops and should he have no option but to pay off the current wan..sorry, manager then it really looks bleak, less income, a big pay off with nothing to help pay the cost, losing more money as each month goes by, still no promotion and possibly the worst league position (again). sense should tell him he is on a loser and to cut his losses and run, take what we believe is a decent offer before he just ends up at 'minus' for the venture...people really only need to watch STID to see how his family life was/is suffering AND his 'negotiating skills' for players to know he is not worth the hassle of arguing...he either agrees to what they want to pay or they will walk and he will be the only loser in it all, time to leave with at least SOME dignity SD lad, you tried and failed but hats off to you for trying.
Great post marra but it's gone well past hats off from me for all the contradictions and lies he's spouted, especially the Bus-stop kidnapping
How the papers never picked up on the supposed kidnapping is a strange one, judging by the amount of crap they print.
Bluffers tend to get away with it as right-minded people are courteous and don't like picking up on people's defects.
