I need to again re-iterate a state of calmness and realism. Let’s not get carried away. This by no means indicates that a takeover is happening. Come on people we have been burned so many times there’s not much left to burn.
I think Ashley wants compensation for damages, personally. Let's see, but we have been let down so often now it would be stupid to expect a takeover.

Think of it this way. If you’re right and Mikey is just seeking compensation then you’ll still be seriously disappointed and won’t have had any “hope” to enjoy thinking about what might be. If we are right then your enjoyment will not exceed our enjoyment when the takeover happens. If you’re wrong we will all have been wishing and dreaming longer than you. If we are wrong we will still have had some period of hope whilst you will have had none. The moral being that you should enjoy it while you can as if it doesn’t happen you’ll not get another chance of being insanely hopeful for a long, long time.
I see your living in a world of hope and I respect this. I live in NUFC land and it’s been pretty grim for a decade. All hope left my bones years ago.
I suspect the arbitration is to get a ruling on legsl separation of PIF and the Saudi state. If an arbitration panel finds infavour the ODT test can be applied.
