I need to be the voice of reason in this room. The arbitration still needs to fall in favour of MA. Then if it does, and only if PIF are actually at the table they will STILL have to pass whatever tests that are in play. I agree that if MA wins then this is likely. However it could just purely be a losses claim from Ma if PIF are gone.
It won't be losses if it has gone straight to sporting arbitration. If Mike Ashley wanted damages he would due in the high court.
