The ability of the PL to repeatedly drop themselves in it is staggering.

When responding to a legal threat by one party they disclose confidential legal action filed by another. You could not make it up.

You all seem positive about it. But I’m convinced we will somehow end up with egg on our face.

Just makes you wonder. Even if we won the case all that will happen is an out of court settlement for damages for MA. We won’t see that money.

And I’m also convinced that PIF are out anyways.

Apparently MA is furious about it. Just hearsay mind.

Would be a right gut buster if the 9 page letter to the consortium actually highlighted VALID reasons for the delay and subsequent failure of the takeover.

I suspect it will just be very carefully written to spin things towards them.

They are not going to jeopardise themselves.

Benitez has apparently been spotted at a hotel in Ilkeston, not sure how true it is though.

His odds have now tumbled to 3/1 and still falling. Which is the same as Rooney odds which have now started to drift.
