I reckon they need to make the vaccine vodka based, that way at least all the Micks and porridge wogs will be immunised.

 

Why? You keep on labelling me as someone that lives in fear of the virus. I took 2 flights this summer and live in the most populated part of the country ffs. I was out in the pub most weeks before the Tories worked their magic again.

The problem is this country elected a shower of ****s to run the country because BREXIT MEANS BREXIT. Competent Governments haven't ****ed things up as majestically as the beloved Tory party, only Trump can claim to have done worse than us. Btw most people kept working during the first lockdown, can't remember exactly but think only 20ish% were furloughed, I've not stopped working since.

 

It's a good opportunity to sort a few things out, things are very rarely as they seem anyway. There is a vaccine that will enable us to be doing exactly what we want by next winter yet folk who are shouting the loudest about lockdown are now rebelling against the very thing we need.

You said yourself a out western Governments wrecking their economies, a Tory government giving everycunt 80% wages for months along with all the other money given to businesses etc there is no fkn way this is what they want.

There is a new virus, we need a vaccine and that is what is going to happen. We have all had various vaccines before so I'm not sure why folk are freaking out about this one, if it wasn't for the internet and conspiracy theories the vaccine would be rolled out without any fuss.

I also, maybe naively, actually trust the Tories on personal freedoms etc so I'm confident all laws will be revoked.

I would take a cancer vaccine if it was properly trialled and proven to work because most of us have about 30% chance of getting it in our lifetime.

I'll take my chances with Covid and its 0.003 % of killing me .

China haven't rolled out mass vaccinations they don't need to it doesn't exist there anymore.

IF the coronavirus vaccine doesn't work as advertised and actually causes more people to have severe health problems or die , the governments and pharmaceutical companies won't be liable for the **** up.

My only concern is that my grand children may be born with flippers for arms and legs in the same way as them per wee feckers on Thalidomide. The danger of bringing a drug to market without proper trials might not be known until generations down the line.
