Anyone think we would be doing this well if shola led the line?

I know we wouldnt!, I think like to think he is falling down in the pecking order...Ba then Best, Ben Arfa, Loven, Sammy? then Shola, the ranger (for what its worth)....

    YET....

We all know what will happen...

we will all be watching spurs match, getting later on into the game...whats that...a sub...AMEOBI <grr>

I am really enjoying this season and think a lot has been due to him not playing ... is that harsh?

No, it's totally right. Best and Ba have 3 and 4 goals respectively and I doubt Shola would have 1 had he played every game.

Shola needs to become a total fringe player by the end of the season at the latest.. He doesn't seem to be in any kind of condition to play in the Premier League. He could however do a job in the Championship...but with his laziness and lazy running...never in the EPL.

Spot on, Shola should only play for us if the black death returns and whipes out all our other attackers.

  8. We should either play Best and Ba or Best in front of either one in front of Ben Arfa.

Don't feel bad, it's not your fault that Shola is terrible at football. He's a good lad but yeah - if he had been on the pitch for us every game we would have lost several games by now. Not only does he not score but he also gives the ball away regularly and fails to have any sort of passing vision with teammates.

Not at all harsh .. Shola's main function seems to be a living example to the other forwards of how to stay offside indefinatley (even when the ball is out of play and during half time), how to fall over, how the lack of work and effort will NOT bring its own rewards, how to accumaulate a hat collection and finally but by no means least ..to serve as the less talented of the Ameobi bro's
..And judging by how Best n Ba have risen to the occassion and learnt ..Shola is doing a fine job in being the living embodiment of what not to do as a striker. Long may it last

I think this is why all mangers rate Shola during training..its easy to point at him and say ..'dont do that'
and every other team memeber ..learns

Smith gone 2012 .. thanks ...but dont let the door hit you on the way out.

Shola is ****ing ****, I love him but he's just a dreadful footballer. Seems like a nice guy but I can't help thinking that in ten years we'll acknowledge that the best thing he's ever done for Newcastle United is been a good boy for the first ten years of his life so his parents decided to have Sammy.

He's useless. We'd be about 10th if he was fit and playing.

Got to agree here. Shola is a lost cause, he physically can't play any longer and shouldn't really get a sniff of first team action unless we're really up **** creek with injuries.

Having said that, he's been 100% more useful than Smith has all this time.

Sure we would! How else do you think the club can justify drowning him in enough cash to acquire headgear as splendid as me?
