perhaps the only way to get them to perform is a hefty bonus if they get promoted. We have a lot of mediocrity around the club. no pride and no effort. Sad to say it but the club has never been lower. Hopefully the new people have a plan.
The players we have are League One plodders, this is probably the biggest club they will play for. If we get promoted, they will be ditched, with very few exceptions
