I am disappointed SD and CM are involved. They’ve been disrespectful to our club as an institution and us. Summerbee on RTG saying we will thank them - we won’t. Failures short term and long term on the football front though it’s marginally improved throughout this year plus they created a lack of harmony and disrespect and didn’t have the balls to accept the deserved hits. I do wish they were long gone. But it’s a new start this. They’ve lost power and we do all need to focus on backing the next lot and hopefully a new brush will sweep away their lack of ambition. Even for them, they need football success to earn their greedy dollars- it won’t be earned by cuts, only by wise investment. so onwards and upwards. I’m off to have a nice breakfast. Moules Mariniere for tea later with a crusty french baguette.

Got to be, promotion is a must and with the right style and formation we should batter teams in this league and have a swagger and arrogance about us, have that and were up. Can't see parky lasting myself his style and just general persona is off

I wonder, if now this has been leaked or announced, if we see a diff style or extra from the players/staff today as if it's given them a lift and also playing for there futures. Maybe new owners will be there to watch. Wouldn't be suprised to go out and win 5-0 or get beat 5-0 hahaha

The takeover I think will be the most professional one we have had in years. Think from top to bottom will be set up to achieve the highest and best outcome from day 1. Won't take no **** and will want results on and off the pitch to maximum effect, can't wait to hear there plans

 

Yeah probs also because were a l1 side and lower teams aren't attractive to cover, plus have to have a hourly update on Liverpool aswell

 

It’s a dangerous game keeping him in place, the fans don’t want him and let’s not kid ourselves, we were thoroughly beaten by Portsmouth and very, very lucky against Ipswich and Gillingham, we are always one game away from disaster under him and I am not being funny but as a new owner watching that ****e surely they wouldn’t want that?

me personally, I think he has to go as soon as possible, bring the new man in (I would like to see Poyet back) to get rid of the dross stinking the place out and replace them with young fit players willing to die for the cause, that to me is how you win the fan base back.

Parky is probably 1 or 2 league defeats from going either way, let’s face it. We may have lost 2 by the time the takeover goes thru. So I think it’s too soon to speculate if he’ll be sacked immediately or not.

Win today and we are in the top 2 (unless Hull win by more). I can’t see any manager getting sacked in that position.

I see the usual suspect septic sceptics are leaning on the negatives as usual... reserving judgement, worrying over KLD’s age etc, etc,...not a hint of enthusiasm or any manning up to the fact their scornful behaviour over the last year has proved unjustified. They’re waiting to pick holes in the detail of this deal when it comes out..... ashamed of them tbh! Why wouldn’t anyone be relieved that it’s done, excited for the future, get behind it and see how it goes from here! Baffling attitude!

 

Interesting his mother is currently in the process of selling 40% of their family business to an Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund. If anything it tells you the level of wealth of people we are becoming involved with. When he turns 25 he becomes a decision maker in the family business and will be on the board where he will be mixing with these type of investors potentially bringing in sponsorship money/investment. Exciting times if this goes through. Sovereign Wealth fund involvement would go down well up the road

Anybody think the leak was done on purpose? SAFC have refused to comment and a day after the cancelled supporters meeting....Maybe Sartori ordered the leak to give us something as some form of appeasement
