    1) Ring the Box Office or check the Clubs Official Website for notice of tickets going on sale. If your a season pass holder you will get your ticket application before they go on general sale. Ticket Office is 505600.

    2) You can book your travel at the same time as buying your ticket. Coaches normally pick up in the South Stand car park or Walton Street

    3) You'll love it !!! Atmosphere is always miles better for away games. Cant believe you've left it this long to go to your first away agame EVER. Good local derby for your first game though... enjoy

Last time I went to Barnsley Andy Payton scored for us to go one up .
I think we ended up getting beat 4-1 and it pissed it down . In those days the away end at Oakwell was uncovered and we got soaked to the bone.

Hope you have better memories to look back on mate .

Jeez, I was at that game. Not only did we get a proper soaking but my mate crashed the Peugeot trying to get out of the car park.

Regularly go to Oakwell - went last year.

I'm not prepared however to be ripped off by Barnsley this year - £30 for an NPC game is a step too far.

I've emailed the Club and told them their ticket pricing is disgraceful in these difficluit economic times - needless to say got no answer.

How can Barnsley of all clubs (CRAP) justify charging £30 a pop for a ticket, well just when I was considering penciling in this one to go to, forget it !!!

It will be interesting to see how the numbers compare with how many went to Donny

The Leicester fans started a Boycott Barnsley campaign when the ticket prices were released.

I believe Barnsley's biggest gate so far was against Leicester, so it doesn't seem to have worked very well.

this ^^^^^^ spot on. but stay away from dodgy pubs and clubs though. lol.

yes its always good @ barnsley. memories of that night back in 2008 and a 3-1 win which was also shown live on sky. got back to hull, bought a chinky meal and watched the whole game again. what a night that was.

barnsleys pitch is massive and will suit NP vibrant tiger cubs to the ground. some great fixtures between brighton away and west ham home when the next international break comes around.

    15th October Brighton Away

    22nd October WATFORD HOME

    29th October Notts Forest Away

    1st November Barnsley Away

    5th November WEST HAM HOME

Out of that little lot (15 pts max) i can see the Tigers getting at least 10 on current form.

How about supporters emailing [email protected] and show your dismay.

Time for them to reduce the price if fook all go.

They'll say its a Cat A game (there are 16 of them incl Bristol C FFS) thus the price whilst their Cat B (four matches) and Cat C matches (just three - Watford Palace & Peterboro) are just £23 and £16 respectively.

Of all places Barnsley should know people are not flush with money at the moment.

Leicester may have been their biggest attendance to date (10,862) but their average is 10,239.
