I don't get that though because the same questions will be tabled when the meeting is reconvened. I reckon the questions were commercially sensitive and may have jeopardised any ongoing deal or agreement.
You've posted over and over that nothing will happen ... ... now you're discussing the finer points of a takeover you've insisted wouldn't occur.
To me it's one of two things: 1. A takeover, exactly as it says in the official club tweet and as most people believe. 2. To "kick the can down the road", keep us believing there is a takeover and that their valuation is a realistic one, and the Madrox debt being written off is no problem to prospective buyers. Keep the fans onside knowing that the best chance of getting their price is upon promotion this season. With their history of blatantly lying to us and changing their story I'm believing number 2. All the itk are well intentioned, but since none know who the buyer is, they are getting their info from the seller.
Not if its held when new owners are in place. It will be totally different questions with totally different answers
How, in any way, are they keeping the fans onside ... ... if that's the plan it's a total and utter failure. And how does any of this help with promotion when the fans can't go to games?
Looks like i have made your grumply list. As you wouls say when your being an arse for no reason "No offence mate"
Thats what I mean, the current owners are either close to deal or not. If they are the questions could be deemed commercially sensitive. If they are not the same questions would be asked when the meeting is reconvened
Because there is no talk of fan action while they're in the process of a sale. Remember, we were due to get fans back into stadiums in October when Nick Barnes started this latest round of speculation. If they come out and say nobody is interested it raises questions about the Madrox debt and their valuation. Now maybe I'm wrong and it's as it looks at face value, I'm just going off my instinct.
I don't have a grumpy list but I've commented on your insistence that nothing's happening so remember it. Now you're happily talking as if the takeover is certain.
Plus the other major factor. Salary cap. No way somebody like Allardyce would work under those restrictions at this level.
Can you please explain how you know this, The fact its 3 new people etc, but not know who it is? Its like knowing the blokes cock size before knowing the blokes name.
What action, a boycott? And why make an announcement about the talks advancing now when fans won't be back this season?
Pretty difficult to have a protest or something when it's against the law for public gatherings atthe moment. A group of 2 standing 2 metres apart probably wouldn't send a really strong message i would have thought.
Well hopefully we'll find out in a couple of days and we can look back and laugh at my stupid conspiracy theory.
Any action, boycotting streams, club shop, cancelling direct debits, kicking up **** on twitter. Remember, they might need the fans for next season. You can continuously talk about talks advancing for months, Nick Barnes implied it was going to the EFL about 6 weeks ago!
