The RAWA meeting tomorrow won't reveal anymore info than Rodwells previous podcast as the subject is still under an NDA. So I'm expecting more reference to confirmation that its still ongoing, highly professional buyers, can't say how close it is, slowed down by covid, no date on it etc. And thats not a criticism as there's only so much that can be said. What the RAWA attendees need to look out for is the read between the lines hints Rodwell may offer.
This for me pretty much confirms everything @Wheatsheaf has been saying is right. good news as others have said - we’d have learnt nothing new. And as it was originally planned for tomorrow they obviously assumed they’d have something new to tell us by now. it’s also the first time the club (not rodwell) have publicly acknowledged the takeover
I don't think JR would have been saying much more than he did in his podcast had the meeting gone ahead.
That news for me is very much positive, seems likely the plan all along was for that to take place once the sale was concluded and it be an update for the fans. As there has been this delay which seems to by mainly admin issues it hasn’t been signed yet, the fact they are postponing it suggests to me they expect a conclusion soon.

It's based on the fact they've cancelled the meeting with RAWA due to the progress of the takeover. It could be bollocks, they might be doing it simply to avoid having the meeting, but with the team doing okay in the league this would probably be a decent time for them to get it over and done with. Equally if they cancel for that reason and nowt happens there's going to be 100x as much pressure on them when the meeting does go ahead. They must think it's likely to happen soon, and if not there's going to be a lot of very pissed off supporters.

Reading the statement again - it’s as close to saying “it’s imminent” as you could expect. Im sure there will be loads saying the opposite mind.
People keep saying this. At what point was Stewart Donald’s name leaked prior to his takeover? I wasn’t as active online back then, and I live away from the noise, but I’m pretty sure nobody had a clue who he was until the announcement
