Christ, imagine that boring clown trying to motivate you at half time, opposed to a born motivator like Joey Barton. No wonder we lost,
That's a bit unfair, it's just his opinion. You seem to just want to cause arguments on threads for some reason.
Good grief, you're just a library of ancient forum clichés and smilies .... ... have another fun day entertaining yourself on the internet.
I thought you weren't going to be communicating with me? Something else you were full of **** about. I would have preferred for it to stay like that, tbh.
Good news is that none of the injuries last night seem to be serious, and we have found a couple of new additions to our first team squad that we previously new little about, lets hope they and Dan Neil are not forgotten, and are given at least 20 minutes here and there whenever possible, there are certainly places up for grabs on our bench and its time they were earned not granted.
I thought he played well, he still made a few mistakes but looked like a decent player with Neil & Embleton in support. I really don't understand why he was moved to the defence when we had another defender Patrick Almond on the bench, he looked equally as good as Younger when he played against Wolves in the U23s last week. The defensive injuries and moving Dobson seemed to tip the balance and we had a 10 minute spell where we were over-run by Fleetwood and then never really recovered. It was a shame really because as @clockstander mentioned, it was a perfect game for Mitch Curry but we'd used up all of our options by then. He should have started ahead of O'Brien. At least we saw that there are some decent youngsters in the pipeline, hopefully Parky might even play some of them.
Good to hear that Dobson did alright, at least showed a few people that he can be a decent player in the right team. I think partnering him with Power does him no favours whatsoever and he's been a bit over eager when he's played this season, lacking a bit of confidence. He's more of a DM than a CM, put him alongside more attacking midfielders and his ball winning skills will be evident.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy the young lads got a game. But I just can’t get excited with parkinson in charge. I was listening to the radio, but turned it off after their second went in. Sounds like mcfadz might start next game... who else would you say was effective?
All them young lads that played and the only one who got any praise from Parkinson was George Dobson ffs.
Yes it's noticeable how many times they've gone a goal or two behind this season, but pegged it back.
