Realy? In a competition most complained about us almost winning (the season after we almost won it)

Most wanted to be out at the first hurdle. We've already qualified for the next stage and the result is completely immaterial. The deadest of dead rubbers I believe.

That said, we put 38 crosses into the box on Saturday and not one of our forwards got on the end of them.

38 crosses?? Surely, when you have Danny Graham and Will Grigg, they should be ensuring they get on the end of them?

He is very very close imo. If the takeover goes through they will want their own team in place. I just get the feeling the crowd has turned judging by social media and people aren't happy with his style of football.

I can see a lot of people not paying for the stream if he is in the starting line up

I'm predicting an all out attacking display because there's no good reason for anything else.

If Parkinson doesn't choose to answer the criticisms of negativity he deserves whatever he gets.

I'll go for 4-0 and a welcome boost to everyone's moral.

    Haway Sunderland!!!

They won't get a better chance than tonight, step up lads and show you're worthy of a place in the first team. That's all they can do.

    Ha'Way the young Lads.

Doesn't have the same ring to it.
