So, because the media think they can say who's President, before it's all certified, we now have a situation where, like with Gore v Bush, different calls from different sources

Realclearpolitics just took back Pennsylvania from Biden because of the DOJs launching of investigations. (and it was never certified anyway)
RealClear is not MSM, MSM gives it to biden. Realclear says its not decided.

This is what happens when the media are in the business of calling a Presidential race winner rather than officials certifying results.

Biden's win has not been certified, so why he says he's President elect is beyond me and the smooth brains on here cant seem to grasp the fact

It was Mitch McConnell and Trump's henchman, the Attorney General William Barr who has ordered a federal investigation which goes against normal voter fraud State investigations, but it was the only way Trump could manoeuvre events

 

So Real Clear some has a projection that outweighs all of the others?

Biden is 45,000 ahead in Pennsylvania, and will not be overtaken.

There’s no evidence of mass voted fraud in Pennsylvania that’s been produced.

Remeber the time he was duped to believe the Washington Post had a front page to declare Gore as president elect back in 2000

 

and notice the nuance of what Barr's remit is: investigate CLEAR EVIDENCE of fraud. Got to find some/any first, that even Republican governers involved are saying doesn't exist.

 

He's on another thread crying about the anti-muslim media rhetoric during the Iraq war whilst denying the anti-muslim rhetoric and foreign policies from his idol Trump. The bloke is a mess.

 

He's obviously trying to play the martyr card and get himself banned, the usual Sisu strop. Keep him up here so everyone can read his ****e and destroy it; if nothing else, it's amusing to watch Diego yapping around his heels and deluding himself he's one half of a quasi intellectual contrarian double act.

 

This is how fascism starts. Trump’s still very slender hope, is that he has planted enough of his partisan yes-men and women in key legal positions, to enable him to undermine those offices of state that are designed protect democracy.

We’re already seeing Attorney General William Barr, and GSA administrator Emily Murphy, both Trump appointments, breaking with protocol in ways that suggest outright partisanship and disregard for the responsibilities of the offices to which they were appointed.

Trump will stop at literally nothing to overturn this election, and any decision in court or elsewhere, that goes against him. He’s going to push the US Constitution to it’s limits, and he’ll burn down the house before goes quietly. And don’t forget he has been enabled by willing collaboraters throughout his Presidency - he’s not alone in this.

 

We hear about allegations of conspiracy in this election result but no such conspiracy that Mitch McConnell and Barr meet and then this is all decided.

I actually wonder whether Barr is playing it both ways on this one for his own political career. Trying to appease McConnell with agreeing to an investigation BUT I'm also paying attention to that line in his order "I authorise you to pursue substantial allegations of voting and vote tabulation irregularities." That gives the investigators enough authority and autonomy to decide not to pursue things if they don't see it as substantial.

 

Ultimately I think his colluders will eventually place their political careers above his. If it's looking like a dead duck they'll realise they have to work with or under Biden and then they'll walk away or their positions are under threat.

I've posted above I think Barr may be one of those and his decree for this investigation seems to suggest it.

This is a superb summary of how things currently stand with American democracy...

 

Called that a few weeks ago over Barrett, and also said Kavanaugh will be on his strings too. People were focusing on Trump trying to force through a SC judge against precedent before the election, and the ACA (being heard today), and issues such as abortion. But it was never about that- it was always about this moment, and she will pay up her exclusive joining fees, be of no doubt.

But all this said, here is the worse case scenario - they can throw that much **** that the electoral college could overturn the delegates they send to the ratification next month, but this then has to be agreed by both houses. Even if the Republican senate members are shameless and partisan to pass it, the congress will not. It is then decided by the Democratic governor of Pennsylvannia: game over.

Trump probably doesn't know this - Barr most certainly does. All senior Republicans are now positioning themselves for 2024, even the decent ones like Nikki Hayley. Nobody, even Murdoch The Kingmaker, wants to upset the MAGAhideen - they're needed for what's to come.
