    I like Dobson but he's a CM to break up play, get his foot in and win headers then lay it off, he needs a different type of player alongside him. Specifically someone exactly like O'Nien.

    He seems to approach every game with a what is the safest way possible to get a win mentality, not great. Hard to build momentum.

    We are always slow out of the blocks in the 2nd half though. The amount of times we concede in the first 5 mins of the 2nd half is poor.
