This is something i'd love to do regularly on this forum if it kicks off a football but non saints related question that i'd love to have the opinion of the board. And if it goes well i'll keep doing it So todays question Who's the better player? Aguero or Suarez? And why?
I went with Kun Aguero simply because I haven't seen either play live but have heard a lot more about him via the information superhighway. I'm guessing that if I'm hearing about him he must be pretty freaking good.
Suarez any day of the week, such a sleek player who can work in such tight places (not to sound rude ; ) ) like he did against Man utd just in the 6 yard box taking on 2 or 3 people before teeing up a team mate.
IMO, there's going to be a wee problem with your non-Saints question/poll. Almost every person who posts an answer is going to be giving a secondhand opinion, as we won't have firsthand experience. Or is it all based on MOTD[2] viewing..? Now if you asked for who was the best current player, in his particular category, on Saints books, THAT might be worth starting a poll about. Would also have legs too, as you could ask about defenders, midfielders, strikers, utility/impact players, etc...
What do you think? I don't follow Southern League, Premier or overseas teams, just the Championship at the moment, with an occasional glimpse at Divi 1 and the Scottish Premier, I find Prima Donas, Tevez e.t.c. of no importance until such times that we get into the Premier and then I might care just a little. Yes I was being sarcastic.
There is a option missing; the third button should be 'Don't Care' - cos honestly - I am completely indifferent about either of them or any other Premiership player at the moment. I am more concerned about the form of strikers in other sides in the Championship and their impact on the season ahead.
Quickest pole I ever saw was Mika Hakkinen's unlikely last gasp effort at Monaco. That might be for a different forum though ;-) No, they're both quality but Kun is a fair way ahead in my book.
