Same can be said for other drivers though.

If his driving was dangerous then I can maybe understand, but he has had a run of silly incidents. None of them malicious or deliberate. He is going through a bad patch.

I bet Massa is the catalyst behind it as he seems to have been involved more than most this season.

Maldanado and Massa are babies. Both need to grow up and deal with the fact that this sport is very competetive.

Hamilton's colleagues? How suitably vague. That could be Phil Prew and Simon Fuller! If it wasn't for Heikki tweeting that he's not going, I'd say it was all a fabrication. I wonder who's behind it if it is true but I can't think of anyone but Massa; even Maldonado says that he and Lewis are friends, he-he.

It would be a dangerous precedent to set for any of the drivers as they must know that they could then be next.

Damn, i thought massa was bringing the tea, and maldonado was baking some scones, to try and coerse the FIA into seeing their point of view.

<laugh> Nothing racist about that. I think you're allowed to say he's black; you won't get banned but you'll probably get a drive-through ;)

Back in the day Hamilton needed bringing in line, some of his driving was disgusting. This season though he's just been making mistakes, di Resta's been running into people, as has Schumacher, but they're not being discussed.

This is probably just going to be Barrichello (who Hamilton appeared to mock before Singapore and is chairman of the GPDA) and Massa (who had a run in with him and is a director of the GPDA). I'd like to think most of the drivers won't attend this. I think Sutil might to defend Hamilton though, and maybe Button for the same reason.

DHC: If you had a drive with McLaren would you give it up? Even if he came back a better driver he almost certainly would come back in a worse team after a few years in the wilderness.

Ok, now it's ringing a bell. Yeah, but if people don't know you're Italian... So are you a cheating, tax-dodging womaniser then? :)

This isn't a precedent!! there is nothing new in this story, the Italian press has been fueling it, but it is normal procedure anyone can call a meeting of the GDPA if they have a grievance I'll bet my left bollock that none of the Hamilton fans would be saying things like "they should grow" up if it was Hamilton bringing the motion against another driver.

If you are going to debate something at least look at the whole picture and don't be so ****ing narrow minded about it.
